Job description
Join we+ consultants and accelerate your sales career At we+ consultants, we help organizations unlock their full potential through cutting‑edge technology solutions (cloud, data, cybersecurity, development, and more). As we continue to grow rapidly across Ontario—especially in the GTA—we’re expanding our footprint in the POS (Point of Sale) solutions space.

We’re looking for a high‑performing, results‑driven Account Director to drive growth, win new business, and build strong client relationships in the retail and hospitality sectors.

What you’ll do Drive revenue & growth

Own and execute your business development strategy in the POS market

Hunt for new opportunities and build a strong pipeline

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Build strong client partnerships

Act as a trusted advisor to your clients

Understand their business challenges and recommend tailored POS solutions

Grow accounts through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities

Sell impactful solutions

Promote a full suite of POS solutions (software, hardware, integrations, services)

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver custom, high‑value proposals

Present solutions with confidence and clearly demonstrate ROI

Work with a strong team

Partner with pre‑sales, delivery, and technical experts

Ensure seamless handoff from sale to implementation

Stay involved in client success and project follow‑ups

What we’re looking for

5–10+ years in technology sales (POS, retail tech, SaaS, or similar)

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

Strong hunter mindset with the ability to open new accounts

Solid understanding of POS ecosystems (payments, inventory, transactions)

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset
