Job description
Become the Managing Director at PCRM in Edmonton, leading a dynamic team toward operational excellence and top-tier patient care. Leverage your leadership experience to foster a patient-centered environment.

This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned expert to connect clinical governance with administrative operations. You will support both the Medical Director and clinical management in enhancing quality assurance practices while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your focus will be on optimizing the clinic's infrastructure and operational processes to achieve exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with medical facility accreditation standards • Oversee clinic operations for efficiency and quality • Develop administrative team performance and growth • Manage budgeting and financial decisions effectively • Coordinate clinic infrastructure and vendor relationships

Requirements: • At least 5 years in senior leadership, ideally in healthcare • 3+ years of experience in clinical settings • Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field • Experience in fertility practices is advantageous • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
