Job descriptionThe Integration Release Manager (IRM) role has historically required a hybrid skill set. While it is anchored in integration, release management, and SDLC coordination, the role also demands a strong understanding of network and infrastructure domains to successfully plan, execute, and govern complex network cutovers during integrations. Lead and orchestrate end-to-end integration releases, including network cutovers. Possess sufficient network/infrastructure knowledge to drive planning, execution, and risk mitigation. Communicate effectively and manage a diverse set of technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities
Strong understanding of network and infrastructure domains to successfully plan, execute, and govern complex network cutovers during integrations. Experience in managing IT Projects, initiatives and deliverables. Experience with Integration processes & practices, methodologies and terminology. Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills. Experience with hardware and software provisioning, procurement, contract interpretation and/or compliance policies and processes. Understanding of IT experience (Infrastructure, Networking and Datacenter Migration), including Microsoft email solutions. Analysis of requirements and documentation. Project Issue and Risk mitigation/resolution. Implementation/Deployment plan creation and management. Project Communication and follow-up. Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical project deployments of varying complexity across global team. Strong experience utilizing SDLC and Integration methodologies to complete project implementation/deployments. Supervisory experience not mandatory. EL1 (PG26) Required Qualifications

All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. Consistent use: maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise. Applied productivity: leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows. Continuous learning: stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity. Mandatory Skills Description
IRM role needs a strong PM with Infra background. Scrum Master/System Analyst (SM, Agile, Coach) experience as an IT Project Administrator/Coordinator on large complex IT projects. Previous infrastructure technology experience such as server, network, IT security, and data center infrastructure for application, middleware, database and web environments. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with financial and time reporting in a project environment. Work with a sense of urgency and ability to use considerable judgment to determine solutions, necessary escalations and to seek guidance on complex problems. Supervisory experience not mandatory.
