Wage: $22 per hour
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Language: English
Education: High school diploma required
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Post journal entries and reconcile accounts related to livestock, dairy, and crop operations
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments for agricultural products
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank deposits and reconciliations
Assist with payroll for farm workers, including seasonal staff
Track inventory costs for feed, seeds, fertilizers, and supplies
Compile financial data and assist in preparing reports
Verify financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Support audits and maintain organized documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
Dependable and trustworthy with strong work ethics
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficient in basic computer applications and accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
