Who Are We Looking For?
Self‑starters who find their own way
Inquisitive and curious team members
Individuals willing to participate in an on‑call rotation
Valid 4th Class Power Engineering certificate
Knowledge of building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building automation systems and life safety systems
Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills
Ability to adopt new technology and innovative business solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exposure to Office 365 and Power BI (asset)
What You Will Do
Perform daily building operations tasks such as maintenance and repairs
Monitor performance of heating (plant capacity may vary), electrical, mechanical, and security systems and troubleshoot issues
Monitor preventive maintenance requirements performed by a qualified subcontractor (e.g., fire alarm inspections, backflow preventer inspections, annual chiller maintenance)
Conduct regular equipment checks/inspections and identify abnormalities or inefficiencies
Respond to tenant service requests and emergencies in a timely manner
Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule with other team members
