Associate Software Developer , you will help build and scale our agentic platform — an intelligent, adaptive system designed to automate workflows and support smarter decision‑making. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop clean, efficient code that drives reliability and innovation. Your work will span
frontend and backend development , including fixing bugs, resolving integration challenges, developing new features, and improving platform performance. You will have the opportunity to work with
AI and agentic solutions , leveraging these tools to optimize development and delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern software development, eager to deepen technical skills, and excited to contribute to a platform at the frontier of AI and automation. Location
This posting is for a vacancy ideally based in one of our office locations: Edmonton, Calgary, Waterloo, Toronto. While we have offices in these cities, we use offices as a resource and are open to remote candidates. Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code across frontend and backend systems Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks in production and staging environments Implement new features and enhancements, particularly those that improve dashboard usability and data visibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions Leverage AI and agentic development tools to automate testing, improve code efficiency, and streamline CI/CD pipelines Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and agile workflows to maintain strong engineering practices Stay current on software trends, frameworks, and architectures to strengthen our agentic infrastructure What you bring
Progress toward a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) or backend technologies (APIs, databases, microservices, or cloud infrastructure) Exposure to machine learning concepts or experience with agentic systems is an asset Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code Collaborative mindset and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment Responsible AI
