Job description
Join Extendicare as the Manager of Support Services in Stittsville, ON, where your expertise will enhance the quality of life for long-term care residents.

In this hands-on role, you'll lead the environmental services department at Crossing Bridge. With at least two years of relevant managerial experience, you’ll ensure proper maintenance, staff engagement, and compliance with safety regulations. Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to foster community and collaboration within the facility.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee resident and family satisfaction initiatives • Minimize health and safety risks across the facility • Ensure timely maintenance of critical equipment • Collaborate with leadership for service optimization • Build and mentor a high-performing environmental services team

Requirements: • Completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field • At least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare • Familiarity with building services and maintenance • Track record in budget management and compliance • Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
