Job description
Manage revenue processes for mergers and acquisitions as an M&A Revenue Accounting Manager. Collaborate across departments to drive the financial integration of acquired companies seamlessly.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring revenue recognition aligns with accounting standards while managing the integration lifecycle of new acquisitions. You will lead teams in financial analysis, develop stakeholder relationships, and implement best practices in a dynamic organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee M&A from term sheet to financial integration • Assess and guide finance policies to align with standards • Cultivate effective communication with stakeholders • Lead preparation of financial analyses and compliance reports • Document processes to ensure SOX compliance

Requirements: • CPA or CA required for consideration • At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting • Understanding of ASC 606 or IFRS 15 standards • Experience using accounting software like NetSuite • Ability to manage teams and meet various deadlines
