Workday Advisory Consultants

to join our team. In this role, you’ll be more than just a configuration expert—you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients, helping them squeeze every drop of value out of their Workday investment.

You’ll lead implementations, mentor junior consultants, and navigate the ever‑evolving landscape of Workday with a mix of technical skill and high‑level strategy.

Seeking Key Areas: Core HCM + either WD Recruiting or WD Benefits What You’ll Do Your days will be a mix of hands‑on build and high‑level strategy:

Design & Build:

Lead the implementation and configuration of global Workday solutions. You’ll take business requirements from "idea" to "live," ensuring everything is tested and ready for prime time.

Be a Trusted Advisor:

Lead interactive sessions with clients to dig deep into their needs. You won't just take orders; you’ll recommend best practices and propose creative solutions.

Manage the Big Picture:

Prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects at once. You’ll oversee project scope, quality, and timelines, ensuring we deliver excellence every time.

Advocate for the Client:

Sometimes you'll work alongside other implementation partners. Your job is to be the client’s voice, providing a third‑party perspective and making sure their needs are truly met.

Solve Puzzles:

When things don’t go as planned, you’ll dive into the root cause, troubleshoot, and fix it.

Pay it Forward:

Mentor less experienced consultants and contribute your "lessons learned" to our internal knowledge base to help the whole team grow.

Your Qualifications We’re looking for a seasoned pro who brings the following to the table:

Workday Experience:

You have

4+ years

of experience leading Workday implementations, working in Post‑Production/AMS, or managing Workday from the client side.

SME Status:

You possess deep expertise in at least

one

Workday specialty and have advanced knowledge in at least

two

others.

Leadership Skills:

You’ve led workstreams through the entire project lifecycle and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Consulting Mindset:

You have excellent communication skills (even in remote environments) and can influence diverse audiences to reach a consensus.

Independence:

You can organize your own desk, hit deadlines, and maintain quality standards without someone looking over your shoulder.

Technical & Tools:

You are highly proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and able to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the year).
