Job description
Become a pivotal part of Frontier Supply Chain Solutions as a Rates Analyst, where your expertise will shape pricing strategies for customs and logistics. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales to enhance client relationships and develop competitive rates.

As a Rates Analyst, you will play an essential role in our logistics team, focusing on price competitiveness in the transportation industry. Your background will enable you to develop freight rates for international and domestic services while ensuring accurate estimates. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop competitive freight rates for domestic and international shipments • Ensure accuracy of estimates and quoted rates • Respond to RFPs and provide spot quotes for clients • Update accounts within the transportation software system • Communicate updates on shipment statuses to all stakeholders

Requirements: • 1 to 3 years of experience in a logistics role • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word • Strong numerical analysis and organizational skills • Knowledge of transportation regulations and pricing strategies • Relevant post-secondary education in supply chain logistics
