Job description
Lead the Produce Department at Real Canadian Superstore with passion and innovation. As a Produce Manager, you will enhance sales and mentor your team to achieve excellence in customer service.

In this exciting position, you are responsible for the daily operations of the Produce Department. Drive sales growth and supervise inventory management, all while ensuring that merchandise is presented at its best. Your role will involve training staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure department meets sales and profitability targets • Train teams on customer service and product knowledge • Check merchandise for proper stocking and display • Work closely with other departments for inventory needs • Support a safe and clean environment for staff and customers

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred • Experience in retail management in a departmental setting • Proven leadership and motivational skills • Excellent organizational skills • Capacity to lift 50 pounds and remain on feet
