We are seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to join our team as a technical leader who will drive innovation, elevate engineering excellence, and shape the future of AI‑powered product development and applications. Responsibilities
Drive Technical Strategy: Own end‑to‑end ownership of complex initiatives—planning, estimating, building, and operating solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Architect at Scale: Design and implement robust microservices architectures, APIs, and cloud‑native systems that scale to meet evolving demands. Champion AI‑Assisted Engineering: Pioneer the adoption of AI‑powered development workflows, leveraging tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and elevate code quality. Collaborate as a Partner: Work alongside product managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams as a collaborative thought partner, translating business needs into elegant technical solutions. Lead by Example: Mentor engineers, contribute to architectural decisions with rigorous analysis, and create technical documentation that drives alignment and shared understanding. Accountability & Execution: Take end‑to‑end ownership of outcomes, prioritize long‑term quality, and act decisively in ambiguity while managing risks. Drive Innovation & Excellence: Pursue simplicity in solutions, challenge the status quo, and relentlessly pursue higher standards through continuous improvement. Qualifications
Must Have: Core Programming & Architecture: Expertise in Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and relational databases (PostgreSQL) with ORM tools like SQLAlchemy, along with proficiency in REST/gRPC API design, microservices, and object‑oriented design (SOLID principles, design patterns). AI/ML & Engineering: Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) along with hands‑on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and agentic systems (tool use, prompt engineering, AI safety). Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud‑native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, serverless) and platform engineering for developer tooling. CI/CD & Systems: Pipelines-as-code (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and Linux/Bash proficiency with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP). Security & Reliability: OWASP Top 10, cryptography, OAuth, RBAC, observability (monitoring/logging), and scalability techniques. Collaboration Skills: Technical documentation, clear technical writing, and data‑driven architectural decision‑making with engineering teams. Nice to have: Experience with Java and/or Node.js ecosystems. Mobile Development: iOS frameworks (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android development experience. Cloud Infrastructure: Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Terraform and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices. Graduate Studies & Research: Master’s degree in computer science with demonstrated research contributions in areas such as operating systems, artificial intelligence, algorithms, or optimization. Benefits
A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable. Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities. Ability to make a difference and lasting impact. Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high‑performing team. Opportunities to do challenging work and take on progressively greater accountabilities.
