Job description
Become a pivotal Senior Manager for IT Service Delivery, driving success at a leading Canadian asset manager. Engage in service excellence while working in a hybrid setup that balances in-office and remote collaboration.

In this strategic role, you will ensure delivery quality while leading a dedicated client services team. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business objectives and elevate service quality across the board. Your leadership will significantly impact service operations and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain excellence in incident, request, and problem management • Oversee daily operational metrics and service performance • Collaborate with technical teams for service enhancement • Ensure third-party services meet quality standards • Serve as a key communication link in IT support

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field • More than 10 years in IT service management • Leadership experience of over 5 years • ITIL knowledge or related frameworks is a plus • Excellent communication and leadership skills
