Your role and responsibilities
Lead solution delivery: manage and deliver Asset Lifecycle Management solutions to clients, ensuring high‑quality results and meeting project objectives.
Collaborate with clients: work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their Asset Lifecycle Management requirements.
Implement methodologies: apply industry‑leading methodologies to design and implement effective Asset Lifecycle Management solutions.
Develop client relationships: foster strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the solution delivery process.
Optimize solution outcomes: continuously monitor and optimize solution outcomes to ensure clients achieve their desired results.
Required Education Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Extensive enterprise level experience working with IBM Maximo solutions in top accounts.
5+ years of experience in Software Development, Design, Installation and Integration.
Deliver solutions for the proposed design and architecture for client requirements.
Experienced in IBM MAS Mobile end‑to‑end implementation.
Experienced in implementing, developing and UI customization of IBM MAS Mobile.
Hands‑on experience working in Data science projects for running SROM Models on IBM Maximo Predict.
MAS Migration from EAM to MAS.
Exceptional consultative and influencing skills with ability to build consensus and drive decisions.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills at executive level.
Ability to maintain regular communication with client and partner C‑suites.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience with multiple Maximo versions and migration projects.
Deep knowledge of reliability engineering (RCM, RCA, FMEA).
Experience with CMMS/EAM selection and implementation.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital twins, and predictive maintenance.
Understanding of SAP PM, Oracle EAM, or other EAM platforms.
Experience with IoT platforms and sensor integration.
Other Relevant Job Details Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
