Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy: Define and evangelize a compelling vision for digital standards and the online design system.

Creative Execution: Oversee visual design deliverables from ideation and concept development through to final execution.

Collaboration: Participate in design reviews, integrate feedback from internal stakeholders, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility.

Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards for all creative deliverables, ensuring they align with visual design principles and frameworks.

Innovation: Stay current with design methodologies and trends to drive experience innovation and solve complex UI challenges.

Project Management: Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and maintain documentation within tight project timelines.

Qualifications
● Education: A degree in Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in design, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on designing interactive experiences.

Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of interaction and UI design. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Workflow Tools: Practical experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present design rationales to a diverse internal audience.

Mindset: A conceptual thinker who can see the "big picture" while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You should be able to work independently and manage multiple asks simultaneously.

Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio showcasing user-centered design and sophisticated UI solutions is required for consideration.
