This role is a central part of the OPGT Systems Modernization project, where you will help transition multiple disconnected systems into a single, integrated digital regulatory platform. Responsibilities• Develop and execute internal and external change management strategies across various system releases.
• Create and manage communication materials and key messages tailored for different stakeholder groups.
• Monitor user feedback and adoption metrics to address resistance and ensure a smooth transition.
• Identify gaps in training and readiness to implement targeted interventions where they are needed most.
• Lead post-release analysis to assess user experience and the overall impact of the new system.
• Convert stakeholder insights into actionable plans that support long-term system adoption.
• Partner with project teams to ensure change activities stay aligned with technical release schedules.
Qualifications• Bachelor degree in a related field along with a valid PROSCI or CCMP certification.
• Five years of experience creating change deliverables such as impact assessments and training plans.
• Five years of experience drafting business and technical documentation for diverse audiences.
• Five years of experience delivering presentations and communications to management and executive sponsors.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously under strict project timelines.
