- Advanced Operations: Our facility is fully integrated with Kroll and utilizes specialized technology to serve our complex patient base.
Your Professional Impact
- Expert Consultation: Provide deep-dive medication reviews and clinical counselling for diverse patient populations.
- Educational Leadership: Go beyond the dispensary by creating educational content and modules for caregivers and healthcare partners.
- Advocacy: Act as a vital link between physicians, nurses, and the community to ensure seamless transition of care.
Qualifications
- Licensure: B.Sc. Pharmacy or PharmD and a current license (Part A) in good standing with the OCP.
- Specialization: A strong interest or previous experience in the Mental Health sector is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Injection Certification and proficiency with Kroll software are required.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure and detail-orientation in a fast-paced Health Centre environment.
