Job description
Join Davey Tree Expert Company as a Utility Tree Trimmer and experience varied workdays across Pickering, Ontario. Utilize your skills in tree trimming to ensure safe electricity transmission for our major utility clients. In this full-time role, you will travel to multiple job sites, working in conjunction with a supportive ground crew while applying your certification as a Utility Tree Trimmer or Certified Arborist. Engage in tree pruning, hazardous tree removal, and maintain safety regulations diligently. Prepare and operate essential tools while honing your professional skills through ongoing training. Key Responsibilities: • Trim trees for major utility providers safely • Work closely with ground crew members • Perform all aspects of tree removal and pruning • Maintain a tidy and safe job site • Operate aerial lifts and chainsaws effectively Requirements: • Certification as a Utility Tree Trimmer or Arborist • Experience with aerial lift operations • Valid driver’s license for 5-ton vehicles • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs • Team-oriented with a commitment to safety Contribute to safe electrical services in Ontario and advance your career with Davey Tree Expert Company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
