Our team members are compensated using our P4P (Pay for Performance) model, where results matter more than clock hours. This system rewards efficiency, quality, and leadership — giving driven individuals the opportunity to earn more based on the value they create, not just time spent on the job. Base pay is $20/hour plus bonus pay ($30/hour potential for efficient workers).
We also provide clear pathways for advancement. Team members can grow into General Manager roles. We believe in investing in our people, because when you succeed, the whole company moves forward.
