Nous recherchons un(e) tarificateur(trice) principal(e) expérimenté(e) pour soutenir une initiative de tarification à volume élevé visant la réduction des arriérés, tout en maintenant des normes élevées de qualité du risque, de cohérence et de conformité. Ce rôle convient aux professionnels qui évoluent bien dans des environnements structurés et axés sur les directives.

Responsabilités

• Examiner et compléter les dossiers d’assurance vie, maladies graves et invalidité
• Appliquer des décisions automatisées ou automatisées selon les directives établies
• Effectuer la tarification médicale (complexité faible à élevée) dans les paramètres définis
• Réaliser la tarification financière standard dans les limites approuvées
• Escalader les dossiers hors délégation conformément aux protocoles
• Maintenir une qualité constante afin de limiter les reprises

Inclus : Tarification médicale et financière guidée, traitement de volumes élevés

Exclus : Dossiers très complexes, exceptions/dérogations, autorité finale d’escalade

Exigences essentielles

• 6 à 10 ans d’expérience en tarification d’assurance individuelle (vie, maladies graves, invalidité)
• Solides compétences en évaluation du risque médical et financier
• Excellentes aptitudes en analyse documentaire et souci du détail
• À l’aise avec la technologie et les environnements multi‑systèmes
• Expérience avec le Guide mondial de tarification RGA (GUM)
• Capacité à travailler selon des directives et protocoles d’escalade définis

Senior Underwriter – Individual Insurance

100% Remote | 12‑Month Contract (Conversion Possible)

$80–$90/hour | Up to $175,000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to support a high‑volume underwriting initiative focused on backlog reduction—while maintaining strong standards of risk quality, consistency, and compliance. This role is best suited for underwriters who perform well in structured, guideline‑driven environments.

What You’ll Do

• Review and complete underwriting cases for Life, Critical Illness, and Disability
• Apply straight‑through or near straight‑through decisions using defined guidelines
• Conduct medical underwriting (low to high complexity) within scope
• Complete standard financial underwriting within approved limits
• Escalate cases outside authority according to protocols
• Maintain consistent quality to minimize rework

Scope

In Scope: High‑volume, guideline‑driven medical and financial underwriting

Out of Scope: Highly complex cases, exceptions/overrides, final escalation authority

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Individual Insurance Underwriting (Life, CI, Disability)
• Strong medical and financial risk assessment skills
• Excellent document review and attention to detail
• Tech‑savvy; comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
• Experience using the RGA Global Underwriting Manual (GUM)
• Ability to work within defined guidelines and escalation frameworks
