Are you ready to step into the world of new possibilities and challenges?

Leading societies to a low carbon future, Alstom develops and markets mobility solutions that provide the sustainable foundations for the future of transportation. Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise working alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient material flows, accurate inventory management, and seamless logistics operations. You’ll specifically take care of coordinating daily material flows, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting warehouse layout optimization, but also assist in audits, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring all logistics activities comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies
  • Coordinating daily material flows, including reception, storage, picking, kitting, packing, and shipping
  • Maintaining accurate stock records in the ERP system (GSI/SAP)
  • Monitoring logistics KPIs such as stock accuracy and delivery performance
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including APSYS and optimized logistics practices
  • Ensuring compliance with specific storage regulations for sensitive or regulated materials

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or materials coordination roles
  • Proven experience supporting logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities
  • Knowledge of logistics processes commonly used in project-based operations
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Diploma in Supply Chain or a related field is an asset.
