Role Description
The Senior Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON. This position involves preparing detailed cost estimates for structural steel projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation. The Senior Estimator will collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers, as well as oversee bid preparation, pricing coordination, and participation in pre-award negotiations. Additional responsibilities include identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring accuracy in estimates, and maintaining strong client relationships.
