Job description
Join our client for a long term engagement that offers the chance to make a real impact as a Senior Agile Coach. This 12-month contract is a fully remote opportunity within Canada, allowing you to work with highly sophisticated delivery teams. If you enjoy the challenge of pushing the boundaries of Agile maturity and moving beyond the basics into deep, principle-driven performance, this is the perfect environment for you to showcase your expertise.

Responsibilities
• Foster the adoption of Agile principles across teams to align delivery with enterprise strategy.
• Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners to cultivate high-performing, self-organizing units.
• Educate leaders on the uptake of tailored Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Manage and facilitate complex Agile ceremonies and specialized workshops.
• Identify and remove systemic impediments by influencing leadership to support change.
• Develop and manage Agile growth backlogs and specific maturity success metrics.
• Promote a persistent culture of continuous improvement and collaborative learning.

Qualifications
• Eight to ten years of experience in Agile environments including enterprise-level coaching.
• Demonstrated history of coaching mature teams that already possess years of Agile practice.
• Expertise in guiding long-established teams through advanced continuous improvement cycles.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading design-thinking and complex problem-solving sessions.
• Deep knowledge of Agile metrics and the ability to measure maturity improvements.
