  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance system performance
  • Ensure all automation solutions meet safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an automation or controls environment
  • Expert-level experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Omron NJ)
  • Strong experience with robot programming (Fanuc, Yaskawa, KUKA)
  • Hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with industrial control networks (EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel as required

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with LabVIEW programming
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and related software systems
  • Experience with electrical design tools (e.g., EPLAN)
