Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of IT integration activities for business mergers, from initial discovery through post‑merger stabilization and support.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the merger organization and internal technology teams, chairing regular integration meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress across multiple workstreams ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
