Venez mettre vos talents à profit en tant que technicien(-ne) en actuariat au sein de la Direction , où vous aurez l’occasion de travailler en collaboration avec les analystes en actuariat ainsi qu’en tarification.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez appelé à produire des documents et des rapports qui seront nécessaires à l’analyse et à l’établissement des conditions de renouvellement et de soumissions, le tout en mode hybride.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Prendre en charge la demande de soumission provenant des courtiers et consultants (intermédiaires), saisir les informations initiales au système informatique, appliquer les normes de sélection afin de déterminer les dossiers à soumissionner et démarrer le processus de tarification dans l’outil approprié
Communiquer avec l’intermédiaire si les données ou les informations reçues sont insuffisantes et demander des informations supplémentaires
Établir les conditions financières des dossiers de soumissions qui vous sont attribués
Si la soumission se conclue par une vente, finaliser la production de la soumission dans l’outil de tarification avec les modifications survenues à la suite du dépôt, sinon préparer et envoyer les lettres de suivi appropriées
Établir les conditions de renouvellement des groupes qui vous sont attribués
Effectuer la cueillette et la validation des données nécessaires à la production de ces renouvellements
Produire les documents complémentaires reliés aux renouvellements
Établir l’impact des modifications de régimes des groupes qui vous sont attribués
Utiliser les programmes informatiques, chiffriers électroniques et autres applications nécessaires aux différentes tâches de votre travail, de la direction ou de la vice-présidence
Participer au maintien, à l’évolution ou à la mise à jour des logiciels et des procédures nécessaires à la production des renouvellements et des soumissions de la direction
Participer aux travaux collectifs de la direction et collaborer, au besoin, aux travaux des autres directions de la vice-présidence
Vérifier au besoin et selon les normes établies, les travaux effectués par vos collègues.
Vos talents et qualifications:
DEC en administration
Expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance collective (atout)
Connaissance du logiciel Excel
Maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
