We are seeking a reliable, caring nanny to support our 7-year-old daughter during the summer months (July–August). This is a live-out position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Our daughter is autistic and benefits from a structured, patient, and engaging approach. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and/or developmental differences, particularly at the primary school age level. Responsibilities include: - Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging daily environment - Planning age-appropriate activities tailored to her interests and abilities - Supporting routines and transitions throughout the day - Supervising outdoor play and community outings (as appropriate) Requirements: - Prior experience working with neurodivergent children (autism/ADHD/developmental delays) - Calm, patient, and attentive caregiving style - Valid CPR/First Aid certification - Reliable and punctual Compensation is $20/hour.
