This is a temporary position.

Your main responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records for client accounts and reviewing accounts in arrears to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Notifying debtors of overdue payments and accounts by telephone, mail, and email, including timely follow-up when no response is received.
• Professionally handling customer inquiries, including providing detailed account reconciliations and statements as required.
• Tracing and locating debtors to establish payment arrangements.
• Recommending further action or service discontinuation when payment is not forthcoming, including liaising with Project Managers when necessary.
• Preparing reports related to collection activities.
• Attending Operations collections meetings.
• Providing billing and administrative support as needed.
• Responding to customer inquiries related to invoices, statements, or account balances.
• Preparing and updating customer account files and documentation.
• Assisting with data entry, files, and general finance-related tasks.

• Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience;
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Enjoy problem solving and negotiating solutions;
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear objectives and performance targets;
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position is $47,934 to $62,913 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.

Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
