Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay: $70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. + HST

Deliverables
- Provide integration and coordination support across major nuclear programs, including refurbishment, safe storage, decommissioning, and sustaining initiatives.
- Support regulatory licensing, permitting, and strategic integration activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and project timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across environmental, health & safety, Indigenous engagement, and project teams to maintain continuity and mitigate risks.
- Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs), stakeholder engagement, and field support activities to ensure seamless delivery and minimize disruption during extended project timelines.
Experience Required
- 5–10+ years of experience in project integration, coordination, or project management within nuclear, energy, or large infrastructure environments.
- Experience supporting regulatory licensing, permitting, and stakeholder coordination, including working with bodies such as Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments, including environmental, health & safety, and Indigenous engagement considerations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination, vendor interfaces, and SLAs while mitigating schedule, regulatory, and stakeholder risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
