Position: RevOps / SalesOps Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$95/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon ops tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Develop scenarios in pipeline and forecasting including hygiene audits, forecast accuracy math, and win/loss categorization. Create GTM infrastructure tasks such as lead routing, scoring against specifications, and territory plans for quota distribution. Design compensation and analytics scenarios including commission calculations and attribution math with specified models. Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality tasks that require long sessions of focus. Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps. Expertise in Salesforce , HubSpot admin , pipeline analytics ( SQL + BI tools ), commission modeling, territory design, or attribution modeling. Proficient in reading and producing RevOps artifacts: pipeline reports, territory plans, commission models, routing flows, attribution readouts. Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
