What You’ll Own
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 50–75 team members
- Support and develop shift leaders and assistant managers
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and engagement
Guest Experience
- Deliver consistent, high-level hospitality
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Build a restaurant guests return to regularly
Operations
- Support daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
- Maintain food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Lead shifts and support execution on the floor
Financial Performance
- Support labour management, food cost, and inventory control
- Assist in driving sales and operational performance
- Contribute to overall restaurant profitability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Background as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior restaurant leader
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance
- A hands-on leadership style and ability to lead from the floor
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
