Job Description
CEDA is looking for a temporary Corporate Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Administrative for a term position of approximately one year based out of our Edmonton office. This is a Monday to Friday, office based hybrid position (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CEDA’s HSE statistical reporting, as well as internal performance and compliance reports, on a recurring basis.
- Develop and release corporate HSE communications, including contributions to regular communication campaigns, trend-driven updates, and customer and industry/regulatory requirements.
- Maintain third-party safety compliance registries such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and ComplyWorks.
- Manage employee system access, distribution lists, and process-related system requests and changes.
- Oversee document uploads, revisions, and master records within the HSEMS management system.
- Support and complete general HSE projects, initiatives, and tasks as required.
Role Specification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, data/reporting, or a related role is required.
- Previous experience in a HSE or safety-focused environment is preferred.
- A Health and Safety Administration designation or HSE certification from a recognized industry body (such as the Alberta Construction Safety Association) is considered an asset.
Personal Characteristics
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain and produce accurate, detailed information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
