Électricien(ne)
Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un ou d’une électricien(ne) du département électrique de Sanimax. Ce poste est basé à notre usine de Lévis.
Description de poste
Relevant du superviseur électrique, l’électricien(ne) joue un rôle clé dans le maintien et l’optimisation des équipements électriques et de contrôle de l’usine. Il ou elle intervient rapidement pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques afin d’assurer la continuité des opérations.
À titre d’expert(e) technique, la personne participe activement aux activités de maintenance préventive et corrective, propose des améliorations et contribue à la fiabilité des installations, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes de maintenance et d’opérations.

Responsabilités
Supporter l’équipe de maintenance et les opérations dans la résolution des problématiques affectant la performance des lignes
Répondre aux appels de service et effectuer les diagnostics
Effectuer la recherche de pièces, l’installation, le remplacement et la mise en service des équipements
Accéder aux programmes PLC et y apporter des modifications au besoin
Participer à la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements électriques et de contrôle
Effectuer l’inspection, la vérification, le nettoyage et la réparation des équipements
Réaliser la calibration d’instruments (température, pression, débit, etc.)
Analyser les arrêts de production et proposer des pistes d’amélioration
Participer à l’entretien des systèmes de distribution électrique basse tension
Utiliser le logiciel GMAO pour documenter les travaux, le temps et les pièces utilisées
Exigences
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en électronique industrielle ou domaine connexe
Expérience en instrumentation, automatisation, contrôle de procédés et dépannage
Bonne connaissance des systèmes Rockwell (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, SLC500)
Expérience avec les variateurs de vitesse (configuration et dépannage)
Connaissance des systèmes de distribution électrique (600V – centres de contrôle moteurs, panneaux, etc.)
Expérience avec les réseaux industriels (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, IO-Link, HART), un atout
Licence d’électricien hors construction (Licence C), un atout
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Anglais fonctionnel
Bonne connaissance des codes et normes applicables
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer les priorités
