Job Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help us deliver an excellent customer experience. Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Days/Hours: Full Time: Monday – Friday Compensation: CAD $ 18.50-19.00 per hour Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Manager Role and Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary details are captured and orders are filled correctly.
  • Inspect/verify products to ensure correct items and quantities.
  • Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are safely and securely packaged.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments (inventory, patient care) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation (if needed), following company SOP.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse or logistics (preferred).
  • Ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 60lbs)
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude when working as part of a team.
