RED TIC recherche un(e) Data Scientist & Business Analyst capable de transformer les données en leviers stratégiques pour orienter la prise de décision et améliorer la performance de l’entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle clé à la croisée des données et du business, en analysant les informations, en développant des modèles prédictifs et en accompagnant les équipes dans la mise en œuvre de solutions data‑driven.

Missions

Collecter, traiter et analyser de grandes quantités de données issues de différentes sources internes et externes.

Développer et déployer des modèles de machine learning pour la prédiction, la segmentation ou la détection d’anomalies.

Traduire les besoins métiers en problématiques analytiques concrètes et proposer des solutions basées sur la donnée.

Construire des tableaux de bord interactifs et des visualisations claires (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.).

Identifier les indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs) et fournir des analyses permettant d’optimiser les processus métiers.

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes IT, produit et métier pour assurer la cohérence et la fiabilité des données.

Contribuer à la diffusion de la culture data au sein de l’organisation.

Compétences Requises

Solide maîtrise de Python, SQL et des bibliothèques de data science (Pandas, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, etc.).

Connaissance des outils de visualisation et des plateformes analytiques.

Bonne compréhension des concepts statistiques, de modélisation et d’analyse exploratoire des données.

Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques.

Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens du détail.

Connaissance du Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) est un atout.

Profil recherché

Diplôme d’ingénieur, de master en Data Science, Statistiques, Informatique ou Économie quantitative.

Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.

Excellente capacité à comprendre les enjeux business et à des solutions concrètes.

Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel.
