POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a Heavy Housekeeping Attendant to join our dynamic team! Schedule: Part-time, daytime, 16 hours per week. Here, we offer ongoing training, complete work uniforms, a welcoming work environment, free parking, a social club, not to mention free coffee and smiles. Your contribution will help us provide a safe environment and a high quality of life for our residents. Come and make a difference in the lives of our elders and join us! ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate superior or pertaining to their duties Construction Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas Maintain and clean the premises Food Services Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) Up to date CPR / AED training certificates 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset BENEFITS: Referral Program Uniform provided Free parking Recognition program Applicable government premium in effect Sick days and time off for family obligations Free coffee, tea and herbal tea Free snacks Ongoing training Career Opportunity Welcome and integration Program Recognition program On-site parking Terrace and picnic area for employees A welcoming and tight-knit team!
