Job description
Drive quality improvements as a Mechanical Failure Analysis Specialist with O.E.M. Remanufacturing in Edmonton. Focus on technical communication and documentation in salvage operations.

This permanent position seeks a dedicated individual to support the salvage department's objectives. As a Tech Lead, your role will involve developing vital documentation by applying Caterpillar processes and collaborating with various stakeholders. Enhance production quality through continuous improvement initiatives and audits.

Key Responsibilities: • Compose documentation integrating technical and OEM information • Liaise with teams to confirm technical specifications • Develop illustrative materials for operational support • Facilitate audits to support quality management • Prepare analysis reports for salvage components

Requirements: • Degree in mechanical engineering or related field • Proven technical writing and analytical expertise • Experience with heavy-duty engines or CAT equipment • Strong skills in communication and documentation • Familiarity with ISO quality procedures
