Job description
Lead facility operations at Mackenzie Health, including Mackenzie Richmond Hospital and Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital. This director role focuses on strategic planning and efficient management across multiple locations.

The Director of Facility Operations and Planning will oversee all aspects of facility management while ensuring safety and compliance with legislation. You will implement innovative solutions to enhance patient care and manage budget preparations effectively. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will enhance the operational efficiency of hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct budget preparation and resource management • Develop short and long-term operational plans • Implement best practices for patient care delivery • Lead Facility Management Team on performance issues • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements: • Degree in Engineering or related field • 5-10 years in senior facility management roles • Experience with security, fire safety, and emergency management • Strong analytical and strategic reporting skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities
