Job description
Steer risk enablement and optimize business processes at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. as the Director of Business Process and Risk Enablement. Drive collaboration to manage risks effectively.

In this pivotal role, you will guide a team focused on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a proactive risk culture. Your leadership will support ongoing process improvement initiatives and ensure that business practices align with Give & Go and Mondelez standards. You will be the key driver in policy communication and compliance, impacting the company's operational growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead initiatives for process efficiencies and risk automation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation • Drive training and awareness programs across the organization • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit processes • Present risk insights and compliance updates to leadership

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or similar • Over 10 years of experience in risk management and processes • 5+ years in a leadership or project management role • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks • Proficient in project management and analytical skills
