Operations Supervisor, Night Shift (M1)
Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Role Summary
Lead night shift distribution operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment while driving team performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.
What You’ll Do
Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment
Assign daily work, manage schedules, and support employee performance and development
Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team environment
Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross-shift leadership
Enforce OHSA and McKesson Health & Safety policies; lead safety talks, inspections, and incident follow-up
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Oversee replenishment and support controlled substances (narcotics) compliance
Track metrics, approve timecards, and communicate daily shift updates
