We’re looking for a Senior Geologist with strong leadership experience to take on a Director-level role, driving growth, performance, and safety excellence. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact — guiding a subsidiary towards commercial success while upholding the highest standards of safety, integrity, and operational discipline. This is not a technical-only role. It is a leadership position with full responsibility over operations, performance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
Provide
strategic and operational leadership
to achieve the subsidiary’s commercial, financial, operational, and safety objectives — in full alignment with the group’s vision and policies Translate corporate strategies into
actionable local plans
that deliver sustainable growth and profitability Oversee
financial, operational, and human resources
to ensure efficiency, compliance, and accountability Strengthen
client partnerships
and drive business development initiatives that expand market presence Champion a strong
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture
— ensuring safe practices are embedded in every aspect of the operation Lead and inspire teams, fostering
collaboration, continuous improvement, and a culture of excellence Work closely with other leaders across the group to share best practices and enable the
international mobility of talent Represent the company with clients, partners, authorities, and communities as a
trusted leader in the region Qualifications
University Degree in
Geology, Mining, Business, or related fields At least
5+ years of leadership experience
in mining, exploration, drilling, or related industries Proven experience in
operations, team leadership, and business performance Strong
leadership and strategic thinking
capabilities Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills Strong
communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment Fluent in
English
