Ensure strong
governance, risk management, and regulatory integrity

Strengthen relationships with
members, regulators, and community stakeholders
Lead and mentor a team committed to
collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
What You Bring You may be an experienced financial leader or an emerging one ready to step into a CFO seat, and you believe that
how results are achieved matters just as much as the results themselves .
You combine technical expertise with sound judgment, and you are energized by the opportunity to contribute to an organization where success is measured not only in financial terms, but in community impact.
Your background may include, or demonstrate the clear potential to develop:
Senior financial leadership experience, ideally within
financial services, banking, or credit unions , or a demonstrated ability to grow into this level of responsibility
Strength in
financial reporting, treasury, and enterprise risk management
Experience partnering with
Boards and senior leadership teams
A strong understanding of
regulatory environments and governance
Professional designation (e.g.,
CPA ) preferred, or a clear path toward designation
A leadership style grounded in
integrity, transparency, and collaboration
