Job description
Lead technical initiatives with BC Hydro as an SAP Technical Application Lead. Oversee SAP solutions across S/4HANA, focusing on governance, scalability, and innovation in clean core practices.

In this senior role, you will drive technical delivery teams within BC Hydro’s SAP enterprise landscape. Collaborate closely with architecture, product teams, and external providers while ensuring critical business processes run smoothly across various departments. Your leadership will directly contribute to minimizing custom code while supporting audit readiness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility initiatives • Lead the design of cloud-native applications on SAP BTP • Promote automated testing within SAP delivery teams • Guide licensing awareness and governance for SAP environments • Foster alignment across SAP platform domains for operational stability

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 7 years in complex SAP environments • Expertise in SAP landscapes including ECC and S/4HANA • Strong experience with SAP BTP and hybrid models • Skilled in technical leadership and communication across teams
