Job description
Lead high-density data center projects as a Senior Program Manager focused on design and construction across Canada. Ensure project success through strategic leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex data center infrastructure builds, specifically in Ontario, with the possibility for location flexibility. This role comes with full lifecycle responsibilities, from initial design to construction and handover. Candidates should have extensive experience in construction management and a deep understanding of mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead lifecycle delivery from design to construction • Manage multiple site program execution and alignment • Partner with engineering on MEP systems and cooling • Oversee contractors and vendors for quality performance • Maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project

Requirements: • 10+ years in data center or critical infrastructure management • Strong knowledge of power and cooling systems • Proficient in Microsoft Project for reporting • Experience in capex budgeting and cost control • Excellent communication skills for executive reporting
