Job description
Lead organizational growth with Tradex as Chief Executive Officer. Inspire teams, attract clients, and elevate financial services while nurturing a collaborative culture.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding Tradex toward its mission, engaging stakeholders, and developing client-focused solutions in the financial sector. Your experience in business development, particularly in the mutual fund advisory industry, will be essential for driving growth while maintaining the company’s core values of integrity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities: • Demonstrate commitment to Tradex's mission and vision • Engage and inspire employees and stakeholders • Attract and retain clients for business expansion • Lead the evolution of financial services offered • Maintain a supportive corporate culture focused on collaboration

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in business or finance • Proven leadership experience in advisory roles • Background in business development and client management • Licensed advisor, Canadian Investment Funds course completed • Prior management experience in client management
