Job description
Lead projects as IDD Director with Aecon Civil, a leader in infrastructure development. Utilize your 10+ years of engineering experience to ensure high-quality design delivery across Canada and beyond.

As IDD Director, you will report to the VP of IDD & Geomatics, managing various engineering disciplines and technical work streams from design to construction. Your leadership will ensure compliance with laws, codes, and Aecon’s digital standards, enabling seamless project execution and fostering a diverse, inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical and engineering work across all project stages • Ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements • Manage IDD delivery aligning with Aecon's processes • Develop the right resourcing profile for IDD teams • Mentor managers and coordinators to promote growth

Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in engineering roles • Engineering degree or equivalent experience • Strong understanding of project lifecycle stages • Proven customer service and communication skills • Ability to travel for on-site responsibilities
