Job description
Drive sales success as a Sales Director in Eastern Canada, supporting a team of 16 members to achieve revenue goals. Bring your leadership and accountability skills for maximum profitability.

We seek an experienced Sales Director to oversee the growth of our sales team in the North Shore, South Shore, or Greater Montreal Area. Your role includes implementing business strategies, structuring prospecting processes, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners across various sectors. Additionally, you will guide a diverse sales team while managing budgets and participating in M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement business development strategies for the region • Optimize prospecting and client follow-up processes • Foster exemplary relationships with customers and partners • Build and guide a dedicated sales team • Manage budgets with full P&L accountability

Requirements: • Proven experience in a similar executive role • Background in health and safety sectors is a plus • Experience in executive negotiation processes • Strong coaching-oriented leadership skills • Ability to travel frequently for business
