Job description
Advance your career with Ventum Financial Corp. in a contract Associate role focused on financial documentation for non-brokered private placements. Engage three days a week in a collaborative office environment.

This six-month role directly reports to the Manager and is designed for detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational and communication skills. You will ensure the timely processing of placement transactions, manage master databases, and coordinate internal approvals—all crucial tasks in maintaining Ventum's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities: • Process and review private placement subscription agreements • Identify and rectify documentation issues through communication • Liaise with Compliance and Credit teams for approvals • Manage a master database for all placement transactions • Work collaboratively for transaction processing and settlement

Requirements: • High attention to detail in documentation • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Proficiency in Excel and database management • Basic knowledge of capital markets or securities operations is an asset
