Job description
Elevate your career as a Senior Cloud Engineer with a global retail leader in Vancouver. This on-site, 6-month contract role emphasizes Active Directory and DNS infrastructure management.

You will take charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining the core infrastructure as part of a forward-thinking enterprise organization. This position not only involves setting platform standards and driving automation but also mentoring fellow engineers. Your role will be crucial in responding to critical platform incidents while ensuring the architecture is highly available and secure.

Key Responsibilities: • Architect and maintain enterprise AD and DNS services • Lead automation initiatives and platform standards • Manage migration projects toward Entra ID • Provide mentorship to engineering teams • Resolve critical incidents effectively

Requirements: • 8–10 years in enterprise platform engineering • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and DNS/DHCP • Experience migrating to Entra ID • Background with Kubernetes and CI/CD automation • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS preferred)
