T&L: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a Specialized Powerhouse: Build and run a diverse team of engineers, designers, and product managers.

• Architect the Strategy: Define and communicate the product’s vision, success metrics, and long-term roadmap.

• Drive Business Growth: Act as the primary decision-maker for resource allocation to hit revenue and profitability goals.

• Deliver Excellence: Ensure high-velocity delivery with minimal dependencies and top-tier reliability.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven Ownership: Experience leading a product from concept to measurable business success.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Expertise guiding product and engineering stakeholders.

• Decisive Under Ambiguity: Ability to make critical decisions and provide crisp written communication.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort using KPIs/OKRs to prioritize work based on customer signals.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in Transportation or Logistics technology.

• Background in scaling platform services or SaaS point solutions.

• Expertise in Sean Ellis tests or advanced NPS/CES frameworks.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
